The Irish House - Castlebar legal

Nice pub but needs a bit of sprucing up and could do with some more natural light in the place. A reduction in some of the clutter would help particularly behind the bar.They have gone a bit over the top with the idea that an Irish themed pub should be full of antiques not so.

Here I always feel in a beautiful environment, hall, and always positive.

A great pub with pleasant staff and good food. Owner Alan is a gentleman.

Friendly and well-priced pub. We had chicken and vegetable soup. Goes down well with a Guinness beer.

Stopped in for a bite to eat great soup and toasties .Michelle and Alan looked after us and were funny and delightful.Not a bad pint of Guinness either. (well several really) but sure the craic was 90 !!.
