Pho 777 - Castle Rock

BBQ short ribs and spring rolls! The short ribs are so flavorful and plentiful. They give you 3 big pieces and it comes with a delicious sauce. It's so good though, that you don't even need the sauce. I also love that you have many options for your spring rolls. Looking forward to trying the pho.Update: went back for the pho. It was good. So, tried Pho for the first time here and been back many times since that day! I cannot get enough honestly. It is always fresh and packaged well for takeout. The staff is always great. You have a forever customer in all of us in my household! Thank you. Highly recommended if you have tried them!Food: 5/5

It's food. Not great, not the worst but the pho broth had no flavor and the presentation for apps were not appealing. Ambience is like a typical Vietnamese pho place but the service is lacking. If you don't order right away, you'll probably be waiting awhile for the one server to come back and take your order.

The food was terrible. We lived in Asia for 20+ years and have been to Vietnam multiple times. This has to be the worst Vietnamese we’ve ever had.

Amazing Pho! It's made super quick and tastes amazing. We got the rare steak pho, the meat and broth was to die for. I also love how they package to go orders to allow the freshest taste when you get home. I will admit the portion sizes were smaller than most pho places I've eaten across the metro area but still 10/10 food.
