Bidra med feedbackUnfortunately this location struggles with wait time and often doesn't get orders correct. Im also seeing a trend with many other poor reviews. Possible staffing issue and/or management issue. Staff seems stressed. Would like to see improvement as we love Panda and this is the closest location. Food always tastes great however!
Waited in line sun afternoon, 5-6PM approximately 30-35 minutes from the front door to the counter, only 20-25 feet. They had 4 people working and line inside and the line outside (cars) also long. One person working the drive-thru, one cook, one at the counter inside taking orders and the cashier. Food all over the counter top, parts of food in another pot that shouldn't be there. The place if fairly new but been open long enough to serve people better that what they are doing. Doesn't take that long to order and receive your order at IHOP.
I downloaded the app for the 35c original orange chicken. Waited in line then get up to the counter showed the girl the promotion she then said to me that I needed to order my food on line Geez, I got out of line went to my car it was so upsetting. I was so hungry. Nothing happened that day like I wanted it to. Come I should have been able to do all of that in line and received the discount and received my food. Be a little nicer as well. God Bless everyone who hurts like me. Amen. Happiness for you all.
We got food from Panda Express in Castle Rock today, aside from the fact that this is the third time we have been there, and there was no rice... brown or white, my daughter was treated to badly we will not be returning!! The man that was supposed to give her the order held it against his body and told her to grab it. Not ok!!!!!! and they were soooooooo mean!!
Terrible my chicken was bad and gray. They where out of almost everything brown rice and chow mein. Service was horrible waited forever and staff was mean
