Manna - Castle Rock

I was quite impressed with the attentive service as soon as I walked into Manna. The wait staff was friendly and polite. The meal was absolutely outstanding!! The salmon meal was perfection wit a touch of heat. The cauliflower “small bite” was delicious and filling. I will definitely go back! Everyone in south Denver needs to go here!!

Crazy to think that you can find this type of gourmet quality healthy food inside a hospital restaurant. Excellent selection of gluten free and vegetarian dishes. As a GF diner usually my options are pretty limited but not here. I had the lamb lollipops and the brussel sprouts. I also had the Affogato (vanilla bean gelato and with espresso) for dessert. I can't wait to come back and try their selection of different seasonal dishes.

Quality food and service that goes beyond expectations. They have a seasonal menu that is always delicious with amazing pricing. Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a place to eat in Castle Rock. I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could.

We just moved to Colorado and found this wonderful place, it was an experience to go to an amazing restaurant inside a hospital. The food and prices were unbelievable. Most definitively this will be one our our favorite places. Organic, grass fed, locally sourced, friendly staff and the tips all go to charity. Amazing! Date night one a week.

One of the best angus burgers around. Great pizza with thin crust, and the salad bar is full of different and tasty vegetables. The service is always excellent. This is one of our go to restaurants with houseguests.
