Rib Factory - Castle Hill

We first ordered the bruschetta - was not bad but would have been great if the bread was warmerMy wife and daughter both had the half pork ribs and I had the pork knuckle - all our meals came in an acceptable timeframe and looked impressive but all three of us were disappointed in our mealsThe ribs were dry and lacked flavour - both were left only half eatenThe pork knuckle was also way too dry and I could not eat more then half of it - needed a gravy or more of the apple sauce provided

My husband and I visited the Rib Factory with three other couples and their children. For entree we ordered the garlic bread, fat fries and chicken wings. The entrees arrived after around 20 minutes and the garlic bread was delicious! After receiving the entrees however, we had still not received any of our drinks, which we ordered at the same time. Once we reminded the staff we then has to wait a further 15 or so minutes. For mains I ordered the cheeseburger and my husband the lamb ribs. My husband absolutely loved his ribs and said they were delicious! My burger was nice however I did not receive the aioli sauce I ordered for my chips. Overall the food was nice, however both times we ordered drinks, they got forgotten. A little bit pricey but the ribs are highly recommended.

Been living in the area for 9 yrs and didn't even know this place existed until our friend mentioned it last week.We went to celebrate my hubby's birthday and feasted on the Drovers ribs and a Tuckerbox, consisting of pork, lamb, beef short rib and chicken wings. Along with a salad we hoovered our way through it all, enjoying every mouthful.Yes, a whole rack of ribs was a bit steep at $53, but then, it's not a weekly meal and they were reeeally good.We didn't go for dessert as we were all a bit full, but we enjoyed our meal and would happily recommend it.Service was very good and the staff were ALL very friendly.

Lekkere spare-ribs midden op het eiland van Curacao. Mals vlees dat van het bit afvalt maar niet uitgekookt is. Een echte aanrader ook voor als niet per se van spare-ribs houd!

Ate here a couple of weeks back. Food over priced and not well cooked. Ordered a mezze platter for entree which was $16.50. I've had much better platters that have cost less elsewhere. They only offer one side with the main meal so we paid $11 for a small bowl of steamed vegies to go with our potato bake. Husband ordered pork knuckle which was tough, meat didn't fall off the bone. I ordered a steak which was ok but nothing special. Won't be going back.
