Premier Inn East Midlands Airport

The hotel was fine. Not so the restaurant. We waited three quarters of an hour for our main course which was overcooked, and got tired of waiting for dessert .

Nothing wrong with the room's, food or location. But as you enter the building a touch screen reminds about paying for parking. You automatically do this and it charges you £8 for an overnight stay. At the check in desk the person reminds you about paying for the car park and you reply yes we have done that at a cost of £8. We then got told if you have used the discount code what he pointed to on the counter tops you would of only paid £4 !!! Ask about getting your overcharged money back and it becomes a joke.... Next people who came in experienced the same thing. Well done Premium Inn !!! I'm sure you need to treat people like this to survive ??? Very disappointed you wanted an extra £4 from me.... Hope you enjoy it !!
