Pizzeria La Padella - CASSINO

An assuming little pizzeria with a steady flow of customers for take out while we ate. This was a very popular local place. The calzone I ate was delicious, but the margarita slice I had was the best pizza I ever ate. Ever. Keep in mind, this is Italy. The man behind the counter was very helpful, despite my bad Italian. Brilliant. Go there

The man at the counter was really nice and helpful explaining the pizza and other food such as arancini balls in broken English which we really appreciated. He made a big effort. Pizza is weighed in slices and dishes can be heated if cold. No table service just go up to the counter, point/order and take soft drinks or beers from fridge. He even explained it would be cheaper to buy a bigger bottle of coke than several cans. Pizza and drinks tasty and cheap. Served on a plastic tray on paper plates. There is a small dining room at the counter with character and an outside seating area secluded at the side. Great fun and friendly.

My wife and I found ourselves in cassino Italy getting a nice glimpse of the Monte Cassino Abbey. We got online and found this pizza place. It had great reviews so we decided to try it. First, let me tell you this: it was hard to find! Second: it was well worth the looking. Their pizza is on a foccacia crust and was crispy and delicious! The also had great calzones. We ate 2 slices of pizza, had a small bottle of Nero d'Avalo Sicilian wine, a water and a calzone and wlked out of there full and satisfied for 10,80 Euro. This is a definite go back whenever we find ourselves in this area.

Caratteristico locale, delizioso propietario e ottima pizza, molto particolare perché non è la pizza solita da tagliare o il classico napoletano. è invece un prodotto originale, molto vicino alla pizza americana, molto gotico e ben fatto. consigliato!

La pizza è davvero buona siamo stati con la mia famiglia e non abbiamo mangiato una pizza così buona e diversa da tutti gli altri con una cucina che non sapevamo. e anche le patatine sono davvero molto buone e artigianali soprattutto le patatine sono fenomenali.
