I will begin by complimenting alicia; I ignorant can her name wrong charismatic, big, natural lulling dark haare; chíc chunky frame glasses-sized smile I egret notit a point to certainly remind her name simply because she has always made to make my togo experience just that; an experience that is not overlooked by many I am sure! also as a guilty pleasure I find myself buffalo togo more than I admit; and this place is by far the best consistent on quality and customer service. it is rare to pick up a togo order and during the waiting everyone involved; regardless of what they do or what their roll is, will stop to acknowledge me and confirm that I was helped. it is rare to see that all employees never run past a piece of müll on the floor or a dirty table and do not ignore, but even fight while other dishes carry to bend to pick up the müll or help another server to delete one table. with all these positive experiences I could not help but laugh about the sarcastic attempt made by the BOH team in preparing my extra bet 20 piece 1 2 1 2. I’m sure he got a bigger kick out of him than did my clothes and car floor board; therefore, why I felt compelled, maybe just post the picture as seen in the review and ask “ who did the cook; because it wasn't my wing or I was? ‘

Slow poor service. 45 minutes to take my order. the personal did not want to work. pay the beer and left.

New management! new staff! I have avoided this location for almost 2 years because of food quality and customer service in past. two weeks ago I gave it a chance and young had changed. they no longer sit and forget the lol, and the wings and the fries were no longer burned and edible. I also had a Hennessy round, which I totally recommend, it is absolutely delicious. today I used ubereats and eating was hot, fresh and delicious even the fryed. I was so excited when I first moved in the opposite to have a place so close to me. so happy it is back to what I know be bww. great job?

My first time and the cheese curd burger? was the best thing I've ever eaten and since ce I have been on this earth 69 years, which says something, thku for her great care in prep and ingested.

Went in at 1130 am, 2 tables already seated. It took 10 minutes for a waitress to come over. We ordered drinks, took another 10 minutes to place order. Food was delivered in a timely manner, but our waitress didn't come back by for over 20 minutes. She only came to our table once after food was delivered. She spent to much time on her phone. Will not go here again.
