Normally go here and people are very kind and good customer service (smiling and basic good manners and ettiquette), Today I went and accidentally scanned my card without telling the register operator, operator then told me that I need to tell them before hand (I understand that and agree with him telling me), operator then scolded me when I got ready to scan it (but hadn’t scanned yet) I apologised and operator made me feel like I was a burden, Really upsetting and made me feel humiliated for a minor mistake, could have definitely said “thank you” or “don’t worry it’s a common mistake” or even a slight smile but no, instead got given sighs and disapproving look. Not good service for this trip but otherwise quite good service

I have been a regular customer of 7-Eleven and being to all the stores in Canberra, and i can clearly feel the difference in this store! Most of the time (especially morning) the staff provides you an excellent customer service, the coffee machine is always clean, sandwich cabinet and chocolates are all stocked up! Love the vibe and the smile i get in the morning! Highly recommend to everyone! keep up the good work! you guys are the best!

No public amenities, doesn't accept velocity cards and poor customer service

Not one of my regular stops, but I really appreciated this place yesterday, when I pulled in with a flat tyre. The air compressor worked beautifully, and the crema on the long black brought some sunshine back into the day.

Worst petrol station in canberra. Really bad customer service.
