Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I stopped by this papa Murphy's and presented a coupon for $3 off they said they would not take my coupon because it wasn't from the app. I spent the last 3 days trying to get the website app to take my information so I can get this coupon I finally gave up ! I will not shop here thank you so much for your time and over $3 you've lost a client that's been eating pizzas with you for over 10 years. Over $3 the owner of this establishment should figure out that good clients are worth a $3 coupon even if it is not from the website or the app. In my opinion poor management poor ownership

Ordered a zucchini calzone for delivery and received jalapeños instead. Incredibly different. Called to request refund and was promised a free calzone with my next order. Did not offer to replace my dinner for the evening so I had to figure something else out. Didn’t receive anything that validates the free replacement so I hope they honor their verbal promises.

Several occasions now I have tried to call in an order 30 mins before they close and they never pick up the phone. Each time I have tried calling 4-5 times and nothing....

The people here are always nice. We called in an order and got.there early and they already had it done. I have never had a bad pizza from Papa Murphys.

The person working was super nice and not enough people leave positive reviews at places they frequent.Thank you guys!
