Sonic Drive-in - Carthage

Drinks are amazing, but I have to get some fresh food from here. Last year we found mold on the bottom of our rolls and they seemed like it was nothing. I'm just going here for fountain drinks

I went with the participant about my order several times. they have still not made my order right and the auto-hop has not spoken or said thank you for everything very rude, I guess my tipp was not big enough

A double cheeseburger from the value menu ordered. I have a young cheeseburger. ew. käsesauce ordered, didn't get it at all. the ordered koks zero and was regularly koks. big!

I appreciate the manager for being respectful to my issue and responding. I am a visitor to Carthage for a band camp at the college. Decided that I wanted to reward my students with drinks. Once I waited at least 5 minutes just to order the young lady had an attitude because I ordered as many as 9 drinks mostly small I had an attitude back as well already irritated that I was patient enough to wait on her to take my order due to a small line. I got to the window and she asked if I needed a drink carrier? trying to be smart she . Left the window and took her time making the drinks. She told me my total at the window instead of doing so while taking my order. So she walks off from the window again as I was trying to get the correct change which didn?t take me long . Came back and I?m pretty sure I asked for drink Carriers to still be handed drinks plus the carriers. She started talking under her breath as now I?m mad taking the drinks frustrated from her and she makes a remark ?Jesus help these babies? and my passenger wasn?t involved in that conversation. So I stated she needed help with customer service My aunt who knew the manager told me to call her directly I greatly appreciate her professionalism . I?m not usually the one to call and leave a review but this will be the first time and the last time I make a stop while visiting.
