Bidra med feedbackThis is my favorite Starbucks to visit when I'm heading to Long Beach. Its location just off the freeway is very convenient, and I've consistently had excellent service during my visits.
I placed my coffee order through the mobile app, thinking I could quickly swing by to pick it up. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru line before finally receiving my coffee. What should have been a straightforward grab-and-go turned into a frustrating ordeal. It was quite disappointing!
The restaurant had a nice layout, but it was very dirty. My order was wrong, and my cinnamon roll was placed on a filthy counter. The restroom was in bad shape, clearly left a mess by someone. Even though someone attempted to clean it, their efforts were not thorough. The staff was extremely loud, which made it hard for me to hear my phone call. There was a woman who appeared to be in charge, leading the loud laughter that continued throughout my visit. The floors and tables were also unclean, and my food was served on a counter that was covered in wet coffee, straw wrappers, and other trash. It seemed like the staff should have prioritized cleaning instead of spending so much time laughing.
The staff was pleasant and friendly. While the service was a bit slow, it didn't seem like anyone was being lazy, so I believe it was just a busy period. The drinks and pastries were delightful!
I want to give a big shout-out to this Starbucks! You all are amazing. I stop by every morning before work, and the store is always clean and inviting. The staff is outstanding, but the real star is the barista. She works exceptionally quickly and takes great pride in her work. She's a true hard worker, and we need more people like her in the world.
