Bidra med feedbackThey were so rushed that they forgot to add the meat to my bowl. I'm glad I wasn't charged for it, but I still felt disappointed. I didn't notice until I got home and found my bowl was completely meatless.
When I visited, I found the portion sizes to be quite small. There was no rush, and the line appeared to be freshly stocked, so I'm not sure why the employee didn't fill my burrito properly. It hardly seemed like he used a full scoop, which is the standard that I usually expect. He was also quite stingy with the guacamole, which is an extra charge. Having worked in various fast-food establishments myself, I try to be understanding when dining out, but it’s becoming frustrating. With Chipotle's rising prices, I don't think it's unreasonable for customers to request larger portions. The employee even had the audacity to ask if my burrito looked okay, which I found amusing. Naturally, I did ask for more. On a positive note, I had no issues with the customer service. I recognize that these situation often stem from management policies. From what I’ve heard, Chipotle staff sometimes get reprimanded for giving out too much food, which is why I don’t hold it against them personally.
The service was quick and the prices were very reasonable. My burrito was made with great care and tailored to my preferences. Thank you for the wonderful meal, and may you all receive the blessings of the Most High through His first Begotten Son, Ha'Mashiach Yashaya.
While it’s true that this is a chain restaurant, not every Chipotle is the same. This particular location stands out when it comes to food preparation and cooking. I’m fortunate to work nearby, allowing me to enjoy it frequently.
I appreciated their enthusiasm; however, they unfortunately forgot to include the meat in my bowl. I'm grateful that I wasn't charged for it, but I only realized when I got home that my bowl was completely devoid of meat.
