The Red Hut Cafe Soda Fountain

1st time here. Good food. Plenty of seats without being on top of one another. Food was served quick.

Nice breakfast place. Went around 11am so it wasnt very busy and Service was slow and took awhile to get coffee cup refilled. After getting food, waitress never came back to check on us.

Just left there. Clean place. Nice waitress. Coffee was not hot. My waffle was as flat as a pancake and so rubbery I couldn’t cut it without a knife so I took about 3 bites and ate my bacon and fruit. I am not a person who complains. My husbands burger was mediocre frozen patty. Sorry to say we won’t be back. We eat at Red Hut in South Lake Tahoe all the time and the food there is FIVE STAR. We left our tip and paid our bill but I had to write a review.

My husband and I went for breakfast at the establishment in Carson City. We were sat down almost immediately. The Hostess said your waitress will be right with you. We had already knew what we wanted. So our menus were placed on the table.20 minutes goes by and our waitress who had been chatting it up with the table in front of us. Has decided to take our order. She didn 't even bring our food to us. Or even check to see how our food was. She dropped the check off at the table. That was the last we saw of her unil we had to pay our check. We have been to the Red Hut many times. Never have we had such poor service.

Very rude wait staff, food was mid, too expensive for the experience and quality.
