Flat Earth Pizza - Carson City

When I first learned that a new owner was coming in, my initial thoughts were expecting an all too familiar scenario that leads up to the business shuttering it 's doors. Well, here we are a year later and flat earth pizza has changed hands and is thriving! Why you may ask? For me, it 's about ingredients. Usually the first thing a new owner does is try to improve the bottom line by using cheaper alternatives. It 's always suicide and sad to see. I 'm so happy for still having gourmet pizza here in our little town! There 's no better pizza to be found here ? I love their calzones too! Mmmmm those fresh red onions snap with the spinach and greens! Hit it with some garlic and artichoke hearts for the twinkle in the magic Thank you for your hard work and I will gladly continue to recommend Flat Earth Pizza to all my friends ???

Long wait. Menu item was not available the substitute was not favorable at all. Chips were excellent. Offered a $5 discount which didn’t get applied to our bill. Next time?????
