Papa Johns Pizza - Carrollton

Didn't take directions for delivery pizza was cold not good at all. Won't let me post a picture it's sad looking

It's five stars all around for what it is. You're getting in my opinion a very hard to beat fast food chain pizza. And the prices are very down to earth compared to others.

Very upset… papa John is my go to when I want a pizza… but definitely will not be ordering from this papa John’s anymore . I told the guy I wanted the Philly cheesesteak pizza but instead of the ranch sauce I want Alfredo sauce and than just cheese and meat nothing else.. 1st met a very RUDE DoorDash driver… 2nd I get home to eat the pizza and it literally had ranch and and everything one it. Onion green pepper everything after I told them 3 times what I wanted on the pizza to be sure . I couldn’t call when I got home cause they were closed so I called this morning and the GM told me that my credit was in the system so I called after I got off work to use it and was told that they can’t do anything about it and that I’m not in the system and I kept trying to tell them that I talked to manager this morning and she said I’m all set . All I kept getting told is that there is nothing I can do .

I was work when I ordered some pizza from Papa Johns. The larges were the size of a dinner plate. Very disappointed. Nice doordash delivery person who had their whole family with them.

Don't deserve any stars!!! Was told when walked in that was gonna take about 30 minutes. Almost 1.5 hrs later still no food. People coming in after me ordered and got their food. Was then asked to leave if I didn't like it. I demanded refund. Told me it would take 3-4 days to get that.
