I recently dined at the restaurant at 1591 South Highway 27, Carrollton, GA 30117, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. The service was lacking, and the staff presented an unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor towards customers. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend this location.

Garrett was one of the best servers I've ever encountered! He works tirelessly and is very friendly to everyone, even while he's busy, and he still provided us with excellent service! If you visit O'Charley's, be sure to ask for Garrett as your server. And the food? Absolutely amazing! Mwah! Even the host, Hannah, was incredibly sweet and assisted us with everything we needed. I will definitely be returning. I love it here!

We had a great meal! One dish was chicken fingers with fries, and the other was nachos served with a side of onion rings.
