Secondly, I would like to let you know about my RACIST and DEGRADING EXPERIENCE I had in your facility. It was about 2:05. I called my order. My job was done very well. You're the guy who's upset. I've been waiting for an order for 45 minutes. I stood at the bar where your bartender led me. Karen came by and asked if I was waiting for something. I wanted her to be HELPFUL. I said my order bartender already helped me thank you. She looks at me and says it won't come faster. Roll her eyes and go away and say? BLACK PEOPLE?. Then she came back and said you could sit down. The people around me looked in shock and could not believe how I was treated. After waiting patiently for an order without complaining to me to see the game. Then she walks around me and picks up the ticket and picks me up. Run your cameras that will show it. I have never been so racist, discriminatory or targeted in my life. She has to be fired for this behavior. This facility used to be my favorite when considering that you guys always messed up my order. I'll never eat here again. I went home and wept about the fact that this facility someone works here and I told the manager and she said she's gonna talk to her. This is unacceptable and needs correction IMMEDIATELY.
Order online during your stay at the hotel. Staff at the door not very friendly. The online ordering process was simple, and the time was accurate. The description on the website (photo) is not what you receive. I got the salmon and paid $19. I'd be thrilled if it looked like something on the photo. The part is not worth the cost: but delicious. On the photo it sits on a cedar plank, so not wrong the size.
We had visited this place when we moved from Dallas 10 months ago and had a less than desirable experience. We decided to try again and had one of the best services ever. Bella (Isabella) made us feel at home and was very human. The food was great and the GM visited our table. I am a restaurant manager myself and appreciated this table touch. Overall we enjoyed our visit and will be back. Thank you for making our day.
The sheer inability of the hostess tonight was really impressive. I understand the lack of personnel, but wait after 25 minutes. 15 minutes waiting because she got our name and the number wrong was wild. So that she doesn't remember that we asked to sit outside and wait again because the tables were all dirty was extremely bluak. Wild that this place e better service with the managers were lines in the bathrooms
We were visiting from Florida and the Hickory Tavern was right next door to our hotel. This place is so awesome I can hardly believe we were so lucky to have found it. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. I thought it was a little pricey until I saw the huge portions!! Our server Adrian was absolute perfection. Love love love this place!!?
