Have eaten here multiple times and each time has been delish. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

We ate here tonight, and got a table pretty quickly, but didn’t get our food until almost 2 hours after being seated. We even asked for chips and salsa because it was taking so long, and they didn’t even give us that. When we did get our food, the soups were cold, and the food was average. Mexican food shouldn’t take 2 hours to make. They didn’t even try to make it right, and the manager didn’t seem bothered at all that every table in the restaurant had been waiting for their food for at least an hour.

Terrible experience here tonight. We were seated relatively quickly but we waited over an hour for appetizers to arrive and an additional 45 minutes for cold soup and main meals. We asked for something, anything to tide over our kids like chips and salsa and that was apparently not possible. Food was mediocre at best. What was most disappointing was that the manager didn’t seem bothered in the least or try to help the situation. I saw another group make similar complaints and same for chips while they waited when they turned around, the manager gave their waiter a big eye roll very unprofessional way to deal with legitimate complaints.
