Starbucks - Carolina Township

Horrible horrible service, racist I watched the manager take orders and when it came to me she went and made herself a coffee and walked to the back, the other cashier also walked off by that time it was 6 people in line and they were just ignoring us. I won’t be back for sure… And how come I can’t click the link you sent to “fix” the issue.!

Literally the best customer service ever!!!!! It was Xmas and they were one of the few ppl open but they were in great spirits and very quick! This was my first time visiting starbucks and I was extremely impressed!!!

Came through the drive thru at 12:30p on a Monday. Drive thru attendant was polite, pleasant, and helpful without us feeling like she was “following orders” from corporate to be overly friendly (something weird that has been happening lately? EDIT: Went inside the store on Friday 12/16 and the manager who rang me up was incredibly friendly and overall a pleasure to talk to. 1st and last time at this location. I ordered a Venti Iced Chai and tried to get a breakfast wrap. The one I wanted was out of stock so I decided on another one. It came out sooooo burnt. I immediately showed it to an employee that specified that it definitely needed to be remade and to go back to the guy that made it. Awesome Starbucks! I love the baristas — they’re always super friendly. This location didn’t have some alternative milk options for a few months but now everything is always in stock!
