Soby's - Carolina Township

This was our first time at Soby's. What a great experience! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! And, wow, what a wine list! The restaurant was full of diners and the noise level was not too bad. We were seated in a booth and somewhat shielded from the tables. For appetizers we had the Boudin Balls and the specialty burrata and peaches. Dinner entrees included the filet and the short ribs. Both were cooked perfectly! Dessert was the limoncello cheesecake. All the items we ordered were flavorful and delicious! All the portions were ample. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful space inside, great patio dinning options as well, and the food is good amazing! They have a very extensive wine selection and a great menu. The staff was amazing and very attentive.

Lovely presentations of Southern Food with a contemporary twist. Excellent service!A great place to bring visitors for a taste of the South in a setting that is both historic and modern. Delicious food! It is bustling and a bit loud so no intimate dinners here.

Love Soby's! Must go when in Greenville. We love the she crab soup! The fried chicken and short ribs were divine. Our table was 301- super view of the kitchen. That was a treat!

We love bringing our family and guests to Soby's! It's consistent in food and service. Bryon is our preferred server. He always comes through with recommendations and keeps the courses and beverages coming. We always feel like we are his only guests. A real treat, for sure!
