Steak. Ribeye. Oscar style. Wow. Entire plate dripping of sauce. Crab meat everywhere. Steak **** rare. Ordered med . $300+ . I could've went to an outback and had a much better experience. I still can't believe how poorly run your chain has become. Really bad. Never again. Morton's all the way or local steakhouses.
This was a nice experience overall. We went here for a Mother's Day dinner. The only thing really lacking was the decor and ambiance. I've been to a few other Ruth Chris restaurants and this one was lacking. Just very outdated. But service from Dave was amazing! The lamb chops were a favorite!
Only real issue was with the hostess at check-in. We arrived approx 10mins prior to our reservation at 5pm and upon giving the hostess our name and resy time, she was not able to find our reservation in the system. I explained to her that we had confirmed the previous day and it should be there. Finally, she was able to located it, and informed me that it had been changed to 645pm. Her words were, he called and changed it When I asked who He was, she informed me that it was my husband. I assured her this was not the case, as my husband does not talk on the phone. She wanted to argue with me about it. I informed her that I knew the time had not changed, and showed her the confirmed reservation of 5pm on my phone. Also, at this time I had never received anything via OpenTable regarding a change to the reservation. Finally, we were seated and our table service was excellent. Lee took very good care of us. At 6:27pm, I received an email from OpenTable with a notification that my reservation (Conf 2109949641) had changed, with a new time of 645pm. While I do realize that there are bound to be glitches in automated systems from time to time, I felt that the young lady at the hostess stand could have handled the situation a bit more professionally. She could just explain that there must have been a glitch in the system and let us know that we would be seated as soon as possible. Instead, she felt the need to argue with me about whether or not we had changed our reservation in front of a lobby full of waiting guests.
We stayed here for an event with family and had dinner before going out and as always it was hit! Ben was our usual Bartender and he always takes great care of us..We definitely look forward to stopping here for dinner when we are in the area!
My husband and I went for our birthday dinner, and this might need to become a special event tradition! I had never been before and I was blown away. The food was AMAZING (we ordered waaaaaaay too much, but I have no regrets), but the best thing about the whole experience was our server David N! Make a reservation and request that he be your server. I promise you will have a wonderful time!
