Mcdonald's - Carolina Township

I ordered lunch for my fiancee and I as she was craving McDonald's. I put my order in at 1:16 and as of now 1:54 my driver is still waiting for the order. I will update when the food gets here.

Worst McDonald's in greenville lazy people in the morning i wait 10 minutes at 6am they was not ready never buy here

UPDATE: Screw this place. Every online app defaults to this store in the local area and every time the orders are always delayed, always wrong, ALWAYS COLD. I hate this store with a fiery passion. Eat anywhere else.A store with a gutted out play place leaving behind a very uncomfortable lobby atmosphere that's like a mall food court but without the mall.Employees will ignore your dine in request and will never bring you your food. Drive thru service is very chaotic and unorganized. Once again I can not stress this enough, I would feel more at ease eating out in the parking lot on the pavement the lobby is in dire need of a makeover it's so bad. I know McDonald's isn't where you go for fine eating but I've never felt more out of place eating at one before then I did here.

Lost my online order was very rude guess they missed placed my order my food was sitting to the side wasn’t fresh had to wait another 10 mins after pulling to the 2nd window talked with a rude manager (Rufus)that didn’t seem to care walked away while I was telling him the order number disappeared on my McDonalds app but I had the receipt order pulled up matching address and time I placed the order he didn’t care to confirm my order he said my order was under a in house order not sure what that meant need better customer service skills if he don’t want to do his job he need to find a new position or better job order was placed at 7:33pm got to the window at 7:50pm didn’t get my order till 8:19pm thanks to the very nice helpful employee Ciara great customer service skills will not return to this location

Got my kids both a Happy Meal and received a moldy chocolate milk with them! Also ordered me 2 McDoubles and they were both burnt with no condiments on them and no onions even though I asked for them regular. Couldn't even eat my food and had to throw out my kids drinks (chocolate milks) because of them mold in the cap of them when I opened them! Very disappointed. Will not go back here!
