My family and I have been drinking Stewart's coffee for 50 years, thanks to my father. I proudly served it at all dinner parties and everyone always asked me what coffee we drank. I was thrilled to see it served at the Irish festival downtown one year! Through the years it became harder to find. So I started ordering in large quantities to be delivered to my home. Now that Jewel has replaced many Dominic stores, I can sometimes find it there. When I saw it I'd always get at least three cans. HOWEVER, it no longer smells so good when you're brewing, the color is a lighter brown instead of the nice dark brown I'm used to, and worse of all it is weak! I've tried adding additional heaping tablespoons, but still it's not the same. I'm so disappointed in a product that was so good for so long, now go the way of other companies making a bigger buck at the cost of quality. So I'm on the search for a decent coffee brand. As are my sisters, brother, son, daughter, nieces, nephews...

Stewart's Coffee is the only coffee I truly enjoy. Back when I was a teenager, I worked at a Denny's, and Stewart's was my very first coffee experience. My love for it has endured, and even at 62, it's still the only coffee I drink. For those who remember the good old days at Denny's, you'll recall that they served the best coffee. The medium roast has no bitter aftertaste, and it has kickstarted my mornings for the past 45 years.
