I really enjoy this restaurant, but I had a frustrating experience with my pickup order yesterday. The girl at the counter, who had short brown hair and glasses, was quite unfriendly and didn’t greet me at all. She then told me that I would need to wait in line for my pickup order next time. It doesn’t make any sense to have customers who have already placed their orders online wait in the same line as those ordering in person; that completely defeats the purpose of a pickup order. Many other sandwich shops and takeout places have systems in place where they put pickup orders on a shelf, allowing customers to simply come in and grab their food. I think it would be beneficial for this restaurant to implement a similar system. If they can’t do that, then they might reconsider offering pickup orders altogether.

This was my first visit, and a colleague recommended this place. I placed an order, and it was ready when I arrived! The corn beef sandwich was excellent. I definitely need to return to take a picture of the food!

Delicious Italian subs have been a family favorite for years!

I wish there were more places like this around. They have the best sub sandwiches, great meatball sandwiches, and great beef sandwiches. Also, the potato salad is the best. If I could eat here every day I would, but then I would gain a lot of weight and be happy. Whenever I go here, I am happy.

Okay so I wanted to try something new and different, so I tried the Grilled Chicken. I wasn't overly impressed. I'm usually looking for a party in my mouth at first bite, didn't happen. I will say the customer service was great upon entering the restaurant, ready to take my order and get it on the grill asap although it took me 15 minutes to figure out what I wanted. The seating area was pleasant and relaxing, colorful yet not overwhelming. Maybe in the near future I'll try again with a different meal.
