It's Just Wings - Carmel

The boneless wings were quite good, though I would have preferred them to be a bit crispier. The flavor was enjoyable, however. The fries also lacked crispiness, but that might be due to the fact that my order was ready five minutes after I placed it, and it took me 20 minutes to arrive. The ranch dressing was thinner than I like, but it still tasted good. I found it a bit odd that I didn't receive any napkins or utensils with my food. I'd be willing to give this place another try in the future, though there is definitely some room for improvement.

We’ve been disappointed with our orders from this restaurant at least three times now, but we keep giving them another chance. However, we’ve reached our limit. Unfortunately, the dry rub wings we ordered were barely seasoned and seemed undercooked. We had to air fry them and add our own seasoning. We recommend considering other options.

I ordered the chicken crisper, loaded mashed potatoes, and a side salad with ranch dressing. It was clear that the chicken and potatoes had been reheated. The ranch dressing was as watery as could be. While the staff was friendly, the food was disappointing, and I won’t be returning. This is the second time I’ve been let down by their meals.

My husband has ordered from here many times and always loves it! They are fast, hot, lots of sauce and good price!

The fact that 1 star is even an option for this is a generous offer. This place is absolutely trash. I could get better wings from the garbage can from Bdubs. Don’t waste your money. It’s just a different name but it’s Chili’s frozen wings with a tiny bit of sauce on it.
