A.w. Shucks Cocktail Oyster Bar

Oysters were very good! Clam chowder had zero clams in it, tasted like a cream of potato soup. The server never even acknowledged the barely touched bowl of chowder. We had to bring up the fact we didn't eat it because it was subpar.

Great place for a lunch by the sea. Great food, especially seafood and cocktails were nice. Fresh oyster bar too. We had fried calamari and burgers which were all good. Very cosy vibe too.

It was alright here. I felt that other customers around us got more attention. Every other table was offered bread or was checked on in a timely manner. We went in, ordered, and didn't see/interact with our server until they presented the check. Food was good. We got the Rockefeller oysters and the fried sampler plate. Both were good, but the sampler plate didn't seem seasoned enough.

We were just “foot cruising” Ocean Drive, and ducked into Schucks for a drink and a quick “snack”. Well, we were PLEASANTLY surprised with GREAT service, AWESOME and decently priced drinks, AND damn good food as well! My wife and daughter had the tuna salad sandwich with fries, and I had the turkey sandwich with fries. VERY tasty, if I may say so! The steak fries were almost too hot to eat right away, and both the sandwiches were WELL stocked with the required items, and on toasted Italian bread as well! We’ll DEFINATELY be going back in the near future!!!

We went in for drinks and bites including oysters. Everything was delicious, the oysters are very fresh and the drinks were delicious. Tried their crab cake, and it was amazing! But the best of it was our server, Rebecca. She was just the best and super sweet! Would highly recommend stopping by when in Carmel.
