Kebab Kingdom - Carmarthenshire

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly and I highly recommend this place.

I have never had an issue with the food from Kebab Kingdom before, as I have been ordering from them for years. However, tonight I ordered a plain chicken wrap and I believe it gave me food poisoning, as I vomited and experienced severe diarrhea within 2 hours of eating it. My daughter, who is almost 3 years old, had chicken nuggets and chips, but the nuggets still appeared pink, so we had to throw them away. I am not satisfied with this experience and have filed a complaint with Just Eat, although I am not expecting a refund. As a result, I will not be ordering from Kebab Kingdom again.

We have been ordering from Kebab Kingdom for well over 18 months now. However the last few times of ordering they have either got the order wrong or not sent items ordered at all. Tonight, despite it being a Tuesday and was told our order would be delivered in 45 minutes, we waited well over an hour. We had to telephone in the end. When our food arrived we were once again missing an item. I telephoned straight away and was told 'ok we send it out ' no apology, nothing. It then took a further 35 minutes for the item to be delivered by that time the other food had been eaten. But the wedges were cold and inedible. Would we order again definitely not.

Food dry. food 20 minutes late. gave us the wrong food and didn’t even answer when i tried calling 12 times.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. There are much better take-away options nearby with higher quality food and better service.
