The personal has actually treated an angry customer at the time we become and make sure we were all good! eating was great, but we laughed but think differently than a lot swearing a little more theatrical entertainment would have been better

While I appreciate their focus on customer experience and the theatrical aspect of their service, it unfortunately overshadowed the disappointing food. The meals were genuinely unappetizing (my daughter ordered mozzarella sticks, while my wife and I both got chicken burgers). On a positive note, the karaoke aspect was entertaining, and credit is due to the waiter for being funny and engaging, although he referred to my wife as 'gran gran' because of her white hair, which I found somewhat insulting—though I chose not to say anything at the time. Overall, I did not enjoy the experience. Having been a restaurant manager in a previous career, I may not be the target audience for this type of establishment, but I strongly encourage them to rethink their approach to performative customer experiences to enhance service. They should also definitely work on improving the food, which felt far below par.

It was very funny and entertaining and eating was also great.

Karen’s Diner was a lot of fun! The kids really enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend the onion rings and the classic Karen Burger.
