The Cheesecake Factory - Carlsbad

This was my first time ever going to a Cheesecake Factory restaurant and it was a great experience. The food was delicious

We know that waiting can take up to an hour. We didn't sit until 45 minutes before closing. We sat outside because we had our dog with us. Our server was a recent rental and had a hard time getting bread and drinks on the table in time. But when the restaurant was cleared out, the rest of the service was prompt. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They fled from the chicken, so we had to replace one of the dishes (even if the manager came a little later and notified us that they made our original order... We have the replacement. Nevertheless, the food was amazing and everyone loved his desserts. Update: We sat at this time (available for the 1st, as most on the waiting list for a terrace table. Our server was a lovely woman with a gentle accent. She was perfect: gave us exactly the right time to decide what we ordered, got our orders right, brought our drinks and food immediately and was very charming for my children. Everyone loved his dishes so much that two of us could not even take a bite from our dessert. We order the loaded potatoes as an appetizer and I got the salad with beet, avocado, citrus and arugula (so good). Two of us ordered burgers (sticked cheese and bacon, two ordered pasta (spaghetti and meatballs and bistro shrimps, and the birthday boy ordered the truffle honey chicken lace (outstanding). We had such a pleasant time.

The food was so delicious and our servers Kaitlyn and Jeff went beyond and beyond to welcome us. Service with a smile and plus.

We ordered the filled mushrooms, it was about 6.5/10, good, but not great. Probably not order again. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and the chicken with Brown Rice. My friend ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta. She loved Bang Bang Shrimp, she ate it practically everything!

My very first visit. I'm not sure why i have never been here. Excellent service and food. Cobb salad was perfect and huge portion! Will definitely be coming back.
