Garcia's Mexican Creative Catering

My wife I went to the Carlsbad Street Fair decided to try Garcia?s for Lunch. The wait was reasonable despite the huge crowd. Our server, Jose, was excellent. We asked him for recommendations based on a few choices we were contemplating he not only gave us answers but reasons why he made those recommendations. The food was served promptly was quite good. My wife had the carnitas taco which she enjoyed was plenty of food for her. I had a shredded beef wet burrito that was very flavorful. They had an expansive menu full bar. Prices were reasonable. We will be back again.

Garcia's is fantastic. The salsa is some of the best I've ever tasted - fresh, flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. Absolutely excellent!

Garcia?s is a wonderful restaurant in Carlsbad Village. The drinks were great, the tortillas were made fresh, the salsa had decent spice, and the meals were delicious. Also noteworthy was the service. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I genuinely enjoyed coming here. Come give this small restaurant a try.

Overpriced, heavy, ?Mexican food.? Drinks were so-so, but the night really ended after my wife and I were joined by an unexpected dinner guest. A rat. The staff seemed to know about their rat problem and we left without finishing our meal.

Favorite place to eat when in Carlsbad! Love ?? their tacos, big size! Salsa at the table is very tasty! They also cater and their food is spectacular! I've ordered their service for a special occasion. Highly recommend!
