Crown And Thistle

This is one of my favorite pubs. While it may be a bit pricey, they serve a beautifully well-maintained pint. The outdoor area is spacious.

Lovely pub with a friendly atmosphere and great selection of beers. Came all the way from Northamptonshire to visit!

Wot a great pub I work all around the country and this place made me feel welcome and Fly is as dry as sticks

Beautiful little pub, landlord was very friendly and Thistle the staff dog was absolutely beautiful. If you like real old fashion pubs, you will like it here

This pub has a quiet corner that was empty during my visit. It has been around for two hours, unfortunately it was in Durham and three years ago. The highlight of the entertainment is a jukebox. The pub has a cozy atmosphere and is full of interesting characters. It is featured in the Good Beer Guide, but the service was lacking. They do not serve food, just drinks and conversation. Overall, it's a quaint spot for a drink, but not somewhere I would return for a meal.
