West End Cafe - Carlisle

Recently meant with some friends here to shoot pool, It's not your typical sports bar but I enjoyed the Place. People were good ole boys and girls who were very friendly and the ladies working the bar were great with serving up some good food and drinks. this place is very cool to hang out if your a good ole boy like my self but don't want to spend a lot food and drinks were very reasonable. two pool tables games and a juke box for your entertainment or great people to meet and share stories and friends. Not good. When a customer at the bar asked our party if we had kids at home and then berated us for our once monthly night out and the bar tender didnt flag him or call over security or react at all to his drunken belligerence, we decided to go to the Cave and have some fun. At least there if there is an issue it gets handled by the owner or bar tender if security is tied up. My wife REFUSES to go back to West End.

They serve the best breakfast, and their western omelette is absolutely amazing! The dinner specials are fantastic, and the service is excellent. The staff is wonderful, and you never have to wait for anything!

This is a neighborhood bar with average food and several pool tables. It's not recommended unless you're a smoker. If you decide to visit and you don’t smoke, you might as well consider taking it up.

The wings and fries were delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, I hadn't been to a smoky bar in 30 years, and I won't be going back again. If you're not a smoker, I suggest you stay away!
