Bidra med feedbackI've visited this Subway several times, and tonight was exceptional. Cirroc is an outstanding employee—truly a model worker. A customer in front of me was about to give him her change, but he refused to take it until he finished making her sub because he prioritized cleanliness. He was incredibly kind and energetic with every customer in line. He definitely deserves the best for his efforts during his time here.
As soon as I walked in, Toni greeted me with warmth and friendliness. Her customer service was exceptional, making my visit truly enjoyable. It was the best Subway experience I've had in quite some time!
The girl who was sweeping asked both me and the woman in front of me how many subs we planned to order. It felt as if they might refuse service based on our order size. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but the taller girl with dark hair was friendly throughout my visit. I left at 8:54 and watched as the girl with glasses, who had been sweeping earlier, locked the doors at 8:57 PM. Having worked at several Subways and currently being in retail, I would never treat customers like a burden, especially when they arrive before closing time.
I'm leaving this review with five stars solely to ensure it gains visibility and helps others consider their choices before coming to this location. There are plenty of other sandwich shops out there, and I will definitely look into other options next time!
The sub I ordered was quite good, but I decided to skip the vegetables due to the condition of the cooling unit. Half of the trays were covered in frost, and the lettuce was beginning to turn brown. They should really look into adjusting the temperature settings or opt for preparing fresh ingredients each morning, especially since I visited shortly after they opened.
