Nick's -b-q Catfish - Carlisle

Waste of time thinking this place is special seeing all the signs down the interstate. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered takeout and was told it would take 15 minutes. I paid for my food at 3:17. I didn't get it until 4:00. I ordered the catfish and smoked sausage as well as fried okra and turnip greens. I got the runs from eating the okra and the catfish was too salty. I was passing through and thought it would be a cool place to get some good southern food and service. I was mistaken!

I'm a otr truck driver . I stopped at Nick's on March 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM and order 2 chicken dinners . The bartender told me it will be 30 to 45 mins because the chicken was still cooking I was Ok with that . Then she came back and told me the cook had sum done . I stopped in W Memphis Ar later on and went to warm up my dinner and seen that chicken wasn't done . I called and spoke with a manager that evening and she told me to call back tomorrow (March 6th . I called back and spoke with another manager and she gave me the email address and told me to send my pics and information and the owner will get in touch with me . March 27 2024 I still haven't heard anything from nobody . Here's the pics that's raw pink not smoked pink.
