Mcdonald's - Carlisle

Everytime I order from here my stuff is wrong or they don’t give me half my order this will be the last time I order from McDonald’s in Carlisle on high street cause it never seems to fail that something is messed up or stuff is missing from the order

Found hair IN my mcgriddle. Not on top but literally cooked into the meat. They gave us a refund but literally never coming

The absolute worst location in Carlisle and we could really do without it. I had ordered Breakfast on the Mobile App about 15 min. After opening which is at 5am. When i go to get my food which eas about 5:25am. Nobody answers the intercom i drive up to window and they ignore me like i wasn 't there i literally did thesame loop 3 times expecting an answer each time. I was almost late to work waiting for there uneducated in Customer service selves to atleast respond sayin Hey we 're a little behind but no they chose to just carry-on and pretend like they didn 't open almost half an hour prior i will not be ordering there anymore Walnut Bottom Rd location will be the only one receiving my orders....P.S.get new staff or Train them in proper Customer service...?

Slow service...prices in drive thru are not what you pay..example apple pies on menu 2/$1.00 get to the window and pay 79 cents per pie... I now drive to the other McDonald's in Carlisle.
