Pizza Bravo - Carlisle

I have been ordering from this restaurant for a while now and it used to be excellent. Unfortunately, in the last few months, the quality has significantly declined. I decided to give it another chance tonight, but I was disappointed. My order took over an hour to arrive and was lukewarm. When I mentioned this to the driver, he claimed he had just picked it up. The chips were soggy, the kebab was cold and greasy, the salad was unappetizing, and there was no garlic sauce. Even the cheesy garlic bread was so crispy that it was hard to chew. The only decent thing was the can of coke.

We ordered an extra large kebab to share, with salad, garlic mayo, and cheese. We also got chips and curry sauce. However, the kebab was more of a medium size, and did not come with salad or mayo. It was only warm. The chips looked overcooked and possibly leftover from the night before. The cheese we paid extra for was just a sprinkle stuck to the paper, not the meat. The meat and curry sauce were tasty, but the pita bread was stale. The order arrived 30 minutes later than expected, which may have contributed to the lack of heat. There are better takeout options available, but we chose this one because it was open in the early afternoon. Next time, I'll wait until 4pm when the better places are open.

I placed two orders at this restaurant. The first time, my order was completely wrong. The second time, my order was wrong again and missing some items. I called to inquire about the missing items and was told they were on their way, but I had to wait an additional 35 minutes. By the time the remaining food arrived, everything was cold. There were no apologies, refunds, or discounts for their mistakes. This was the worst takeaway experience I've ever had and I definitely will not be ordering from there again. Very disappointing.

Avoid at all costs. This company is a joke. Forgot my chips and the pizza was not a BBQ one. Not British owners. Avoid.

Ordered a pizza/ chips other things, the usual waiting time is 45 minutes with it being during the day we thought that timing would be okay. However 60 minutes went past nothing had arrived so we decided to ring up and ask how long the pizza would be they instantly knew who we were and kept saying it’s on the way without an apology. Finally after waiting 90 minutes we heard a knock at the door the delivery guy apologised, we went to open the pizza to find it was stone Cold looked like it had been waiting there for over 45 minutes. So over all I will never be ordering from them ever again I never thought I would be the person to write a review for a pizza shop however I don’t want anyone experiencing this.
