Debonairs Pizza - Carletonville

We have been waiting for our pizza since we ordered at 6pm until now. We called asking where’s our pizza ….telling us we should wait and it will arrive after two hours? Now it’s closed we haven’t received any delivery.

I went to buy Pizza , and the service offered by Ms Bongi Sibanda was so amazing and excellent

Terrible customer experience, I waited 3 hours for my order, did multiple follow ups and it never came.

We ordered online and paid online. We phoned the Carletonville debonairs at 19:55 to make sure they received the order online and the lady confirmed the order and that they will deliver it. It's 22:25 and still nothing. So disappointing that we paid for nothing.

Im so not happy with debonairs I made an order at 17:20 its 20:38 still nothing they're closed now.. its not even the first time they're doing this i will longer use their delivery services they've proven not to be reliable
