KFC - Carindale

So bad, came with out paper towels and didn’t have any at the counter. Plus, no milk! Very sad rn Like seriously?

The restaurant is always busy, which means the fast food is always freshly prepared. There is plenty of seating available, but it can get crowded during lunch hours. The menu also offers great options for kids.

I ordered takeout through the app. The staff apologized for the long wait, but when I received my burger, it was cold. It seemed like they had taken it out of the warmer and let it sit while waiting for the other items. When I got home, I realized they forgot to include my drink. I tried calling the restaurant twice with no answer, and when I tried to give feedback online, the website wouldn't upload my information. I called again with no response. Thankfully, Amazon doesn't deliver food.

I waited almost 15 minutes for my food. The chicken was very greasy and there were no napkins included in the packaging. I was not very impressed with this restaurant.

My daughter loves KFC, and therefore we have had many a lunch from this KFC. Always fast, efficient service and never any problems with the food. You know what you are getting with KFC, and handy for feeding hungry children without spending a fortune.
