Bidra med feedbackThe food was decent, but the presence of numerous flies landing on the food was off-putting. The service from the lady was extremely poor, she was rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The restaurant was consistently good, with platters being their specialty. We always left with more food than we expected. The cauliflower dip and babaganoush were better than any we've had in the same region. The tabouli was very fresh and homemade. The desserts and Turkish coffee provided a refreshing and satisfying end to the meal. It's unfortunate that the restaurant has closed, as the chef was truly talented.
Love this place and the owner, Ammar makes you feel right at home. It's more of a takeaway style with kind of metal basic seats/tables and no atmosphere really, but Oh La la the food it is superb. I had the vegetarian gluten free platter with VINE LEAVES so fresh and tangey and I know vine leaves and these were good. The hummus, babaganush, eggplant dish, lentil and rice and long green bean dish was FABULOUS. Falafel was super fresh. The tea selection was presented in a stylish box and that was a beautiful . Oh la la again. Ammar is such a great host . I have been before and I will come again. Love the food here.
We went to Baalbak for a get together and business meeting. First up you see the take away store and thing OK what is this. Once you sit down and order the food comes well presented and with great flavors. We told the owner to keep it coming and got a wide selection of dips, small dishes for entree and mains. All in all worth the trip and can only recommend to everyone. Great Lebanese food o offer.
Food was delicious. Service was excellent by the owner. He was very friendly! Would definitely come back again.
