What a great place in a corner of Carilo! Everything is excellent. The set-up for dinner, the bread, the service and an exalted food that has nothing to envy of the best restaurants in the world. Congratulations for investing in Argentina and a magical place called Carilo. Make it with the same level.
I have booked a table for 3 people and religious 5 minutes before teh reserved time we were at the restaurant desk. Unfortunately the booked table 't was available and after 20 minutes we wait to change the restaurant and dinner somewhere else. Maybe the food is very good, but surely the organization is terrible and we had a very bad experience. Read the reviews of other people I have seen, I share this bad situation with several other peoples, that is, it's a practice used quite often in this restorer.
We came to lunch every day since we discovered the place. It is one of the few places open for late lunch (after 3:00). The food is incredible, very tasty, homemade and tasty; very fresh with many varieties. There is a reason why it is called “cocina de autor”! Very unique and delicious. Even the bread, it is incredible and made daily. But the service is very bad. The waiters argue with the customer, bring dishes very slow and often times without the utensils first.. But the food is amazing! So if you want to have a nice dish, ready to wait for your food and are not picky for the service, you should try Demuru.
