Bidra med feedbackSeemed like there was only one young lady working, she took our order, it was 2 12 in chili and cheese dogs, took about 9 minutes for the order to come out. I checked to make sure that there were both dogs in the bag. Get back and not 12 inch, but everyone enjoyed it, and the young woman who took our order, then brought our food and proceeded to take another order before she left our car was very kind.
Went there tonight 04/13/2024 at about 11:15pm so get a blast after noticing that their stated hours were 7am to 12am. Upon arrival, we see a manager say something into the headset and walk to the back out of sight. After about ten minutes of waiting (after pressing the red button), we see two employees come to the front (aprox 11:25pm) with no headsets on, no hats, and wearing air pods. My fiancé and I sat there for about 25 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, while we watched another vehicle pull up to an order stall as well. They also got ignored. I’m writing this at 11:40pm the same night.I understand that they may be tired, but my fiancé RUNS AN ENTIRE KITCHEN STAFF and I also work in a fast paced food service job. If the manager and the employees are truly that tired, maybe they need to fix their availability to not work so late.There are numerous complaints about this location with no resolutions. I’m amazed that it is still open after all of these years. I have lived in carencro my entire life, but I will NOT be coming back to this location when there are many other locations with employees and managers that will actually acknowledge the customers existence and follow their stores hours.
Came back today after 4 years of a bad experience. I placed an order and waited patiently on the food, which took forever as usual. It seemed to appear. Once it arrived, I was told only cash because the cc machine had been down all day. I immediately said why no one said this when I placed my order. Just wasted my time, and when I asked for the manager (Miss Tiffany, I was told), she never came to speak to me!
Sonic has gone down, to me. I will never eat there again. Not a big fast food person anyway. But I am done with them.
By far the worst Sonic ever. It takes 10 minutes for them to answer the call button and my order has been wrong the last several times. Won’t be back.
