Bidra med feedbackWhat a disaster!!! I placed an online order for two small pizzas at 7:16pm and was told they would be ready by 7:36. When I arrived at 7:30, I walked into a chaotic scene. Staff members were yelling loudly at each other and even using swear words. Another customer and I exchanged shocked looks. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was ignored for several minutes as they were too busy arguing. Eventually, I was asked for my name by the apparent boss (a female with glasses who was the loudest). She interrupted me to correct another staff member about the size of the pizza. After another argument, I was informed that my pizza had been made incorrectly and had to be remade. I had to endure another wait and more arguing among the staff. I was relieved that my 10-year-old daughter did not come with me, as she would have been scared by the noise. Finally, the new pizza was ready and I left the store at 7:57. My daughter enjoyed her pizza, but mine (which had been ready for a while) was now cold and had to be reheated at home. Terrible customer service!!
Terrible experience at Domino's Pizza in Llandaff, located at Llantrisant Road Business Park, on 27 May 2019. I visited the restaurant in person to purchase a gluten free pizza, as I have done before. However, this time I was informed that I could only order a gluten free pizza online. I explained that I did not have internet access on my phone and have never made an online purchase. I found it nonsensical as I was physically present in the store. I was told it was for my own safety and that I could not purchase a pizza in person. I find this policy to be absurd. In reality, it would make more sense for me to be there in person to address any gluten free concerns. I also did not appreciate being told what is deemed safe for me by someone else. As a mature individual, I am perfectly capable of making my own decisions regarding my safety.
After spending £60 on pizza only half the order turned up! Then after several phone calls they sent out the rest of the order which was time stamped with the original order time and gone hard and cold! To be offered a fiver off the next order when you have hungry teenagers celebrating is a joke! Their solution is take it up with head office.....don’t worry we will!!
We were craving Domino's, so we decided to visit the Domino's on Holton Road in Barry. We were not disappointed. The pizzas were very freshly prepared and well cooked, just as you would expect from Domino's. We would definitely recommend this branch of Domino's.
Just an average domino's but it seems well organised and efficient. Not the cheapest place to get a pizza but some of their deals are good and if all else fails they offer NHS staff discount on collected orders.
