Black And White Cafe - Cardiff

I don't even know where to begin with this review. There were only two of us in the restaurant (and only two other tables in use, so it was quiet), yet it took the server 15 minutes to come take our order. After that, it took 40 minutes for our dry, microwaved food to finally be served. When we politely inquired about the delay, the man working there became very rude and started yelling at us. To make a long story short, we will never be returning to this restaurant. I would be ashamed if this was my business.

The restaurant offers excellent service with a friendly staff. They serve the best breakfast in Cardiff at a reasonable price. Additionally, they make a great cup of tea.

A group of friends and I went to this restaurant and we all enjoyed a delicious traditional breakfast. The service was very friendly and quick, we had no complaints at all!

When I went to Black and White, I was expecting your bog standard cafe and set myself low expectations; it was quite the contrary. The owner George was very welcoming and made me and my girlfriend feel at home straight away. The cafe itself was extremely clean and had a feeling/ aura or hygiene around the place which is brilliant- post covid. The food was fantastic, filling and set at an amazing value for money. I will most definitely be coming again!
