We are so happy that CW Carbon has chosen Texas as her home. You can go wrong with nothing on your menu. Great people, great food. Make sure you get some Jalapeno peppers. My husband is always talking about her!

I rarely like BBQ, but this is a place I will always choose!! I love everything I eat! The service is also great!

I don’t usually enjoy BBQ, but this restaurant is one I will always prefer! Everything I’ve tried here has been delicious! The service is excellent as well.
