Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I spent a chilly December afternoon exploring the lower town of Old Quebec City and were in search of a light snack. We stumbled upon a lovely little bar with a limited menu, and it turned out to be just what we needed. To our surprise, it was quiet and not crowded at all. We decided to share a platter featuring olive tapenade, hummus, and guacamole, which came with chips and pita bread. A couple of glasses of red wine made our experience even more delightful. While the food selection was minimal, the variety of alcoholic beverages was impressive. The service was warm and friendly; I even discovered that one of the staff members is a fellow hockey fan, and we enjoyed chatting about the Quebec Nordiques. The prices were quite reasonable, making it a great spot to relax and have a conversation. It was a wonderful find in the area!
I enjoyed two exceptional glasses of wine, including a pleasantly surprising orange wine from Quebec. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, making it a perfect spot to unwind with a drink before dinner.
The ideal place to cozy up! We visited this spot again during our stay in Quebec and enjoyed the wine, the service, and the snacks!
Nice wines reasonably priced. Didn’t eat so no comment on the food. Had a Rhône and a Chablis- both were good. Very small place- probably much nicer when you can sit outside.
There is no service. We waited 20 minutes at the front of the line to be seated before finally leaving...which I am happy to wait for a busy place but they weren't busy and locals kept seating themselves while we waited. They just cut in front of us. We eventually gave up on them and left.
