The service was excellent, particularly from the staff member Hugo.

I typically don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was just unacceptable. I ordered two 12-inch steak and cheese sandwiches for $31.71, and there was barely any meat on them. When I brought this up, the staff member told me that’s just how much meat comes on a 12-inch sandwich. It felt like a total rip-off—it was like I paid too much for a vegetable sandwich!

I am truly disappointed. I understand that there may be staffing issues, but it's frustrating to pay this amount for such service. I was informed that my order would be ready at 5:25 PM, but I didn't receive it until 5:55 PM! When I finally got my order, it was hot! The young man told me it was supposed to have melted cheddar cheese, but I had actually ordered it without grilling! He insisted it was indicated as melted, but I usually order the same thing elsewhere and always receive my cold sub as requested. So, after waiting 30 minutes, I ended up paying $40 for hot subs! A little staff training wouldn’t hurt!

Excellent service, les sandwichs étaient très bons et bien garnis. Je trouve seulement que c'est rendu vraiment dispendieux 18$ pour un sous-marin 12po, mais c'est bon.
