Ordered to take away, a Quarter Pounder BLT with poutine, fries and croquettes, the BLT had no meat!!??I had to go back, 15 minutes round trip, they added the meatball, and an apple turnover as compensation. !!??Not very serious.

Whenever I go to this location, I wish I wouldn 't. But today 19 December 2023, it was the drop that spilled the glass. I ordered, I waited for the order, a lady shouted out the number, I headed towards her while signaling to her that it is me, right at the counter, she shouted loud again the number, then she dropped the bag (order) so hard into the counter while staring at me with anger. I talked to another worker (a kind worker), and asked him for the manager. The manager told me in a minute he will be available to talk to me. I waited almost 30 minutes, then this manager said to one of the workers there can you go talk to that guy? , but she declined. Only after that a man from the staff came, and I explained to him the disrespect that I suffered from this lady, for ne reason at all.

Very nice atmosphere. The employees are very welcoming and physiognomic. The speed of the service caught my attention.
