60. Geburtstag im Sapereta. Welch ein grandioser Abschluß! Der Gruß aus der Küche ließ Bestes erahnen. Antipasti waren Fischtartar und Wachtel. Fein abgestimmte Aromen. Dezent eingesetzte Würze ein Spiel am Gaumen. Primi hatten wir Gnocchi Spinat Ricotta mit Ragout überbacken. Und Pappardelle mit dem ultimativ besten Wildschweinragout. Welches Gewürz war from drin? Es lag mir bildlich auf der Zunge, aber erst der Patron verschaffte Aufklärung. LAVENDEL! Sehr dezent aber unheimlich lecker. Second waren 'Alles von der Taube' und Polpo mit Petersilien Kartoffelwürfelchen. Nehmen Sie Weine vom Haus dazu! Es lohnt sich. Der Service ist exzellent. Der Chef machte nach dem Essen seine Aufwartung: sein sympathisches Wesen bestätigt das sehr hohe Niveau seiner Küche. Danke dem Team. Danke für den gelungenen Rahmen. 60th birthday to Sapereta. What a great ending! Greetings from the kitchen allowed the best. The appetizers were fish tartare and quails. Finely coordinated flavors. Spezie used with discretion: a game of palates. As first we took ricotta dumplings and spinach with gratined ragù. And boar ragout pappardelle. What spices were there? I had it on the tip of the tongue, but it was the patron to clarify it. LAVANDA! Very thin but incredibly delicious. The seconds were All from pigeon and Potato cubes with parsley. Drink the wines of the house to accompany everything! It's worth it. The service is excellent. The chef honored us after dinner: his sympathy confirms the highest level of his cuisine. Thanks to the team. Thanks for the successful setting.
We ended up going here two days in a row, because the food is so good! Beautiful surroundings, good service. Remember to ask for the daily special. Best dinner we had during our Elba visit!
We dropped in for dinner early, hoping to get a table without a reservation. No problems with the staff they led us to the outdoor lounge area for an aperitif of one of their wines. When the restaurant opened we had an amazing meal, not just seafood but some wild boar as well. The kids (10 13) were in heaven with their meals and with the dessert. Wines recommendations were amazing. We were made to feel so welcome even though our Italian was very limited. Our best meal in Elba!
Fantastic food, location and atmosphere. The food here was EXCEPTIONAL. I consider myself a foodie, and the pasta here (Cappellacci stuffed with rabbit) was the best I've ever had. Lovely atmosphere enhanced by pianist on grand piano! Despite being Michelin approved it was very casual and not stuffy at all. Highly recommended!
