Dave Buster's

This location should work on customer service to including being more attentive towards the customer. I was dealing with a server who had an attitude and was not quite attentive towards the needs of the table. The food was alright, the queso dip was underwhelming and the alcohol drinks were on the weak side. Overall, I don’t see myself hosting another event at Dave and Buster’s. It’s truly not a children’s venue for kids 8 and under, I believe it’s a fun place to patronize for tweens and teens.

Great location, good food and so so customer service/

Company event. Never again. The waitress needs training on what customer service sounds and looks like. We were seated at 6:40 pm. Ordered drinks, but didn’t get them until 7:45 pm. The bill was overcharged. The worst decision ever.

My waiter was phenomenal Kind. Attentive. Professional Great personality and good attitude

Great entertainment including floor games, DJ and music Food delicious and drinks tasty. Waiters were customer friendly and courteous.
